4. In the Middle East, dialogue between Palestinians and Israelis is resumed; the US completes the withdrawal of the US from Iraq; Iran withdraws the funds from European banks, and Al Qaeda attacks in Yemen.

5. In Africa, this organization attacks in Somalia and Kadafi challenges Europe; in Latin America, China increases its influences, and worries grow in the US over Mexico.
